POMBE SIO MURSIK! You Might Hate Alcohol After Watching What This Dog Did To A Drunk Man (VIDEO)

Pombe sio uji watu nguyaz!
I swear I would quit drinking the moment I realize something like this ever happened to me! I would curse all the days a beer bottle or a whiskey glass has ever come into contact with my lips. I would rebuke, or even slap the demons from anyone who tells me to “twende nikushikie kimoja!”

My friends, I have been drunk before, and not just drunk, but very drunk. I hopped into a mathree, little did I know it was headed for Mlolongo instead of Kasarani where I was supposed to go and spend the night. Don’t ask with who.
I lost my Samsung Galaxy S6 in the course of that journey. From that moment, I became an occasional drinker of alcohol, a moderate one for that matter. But I still enjoy drinking with good friends over some nyam chom.

From this video, it’s apparent that the guy has had one too many to even notice a mongrel was enjoying his drunken stupor. But one stupid question is; kwani how much alcohol could this man have ingested in his belly to be enjoyed by a stupid dog like this?

SEMA KUTESEKA! Jacob Juma’s Widow To Be Kicked Out Of Her Karen Home

It is now emerging that Mary Wairimu – wife to slain businessman Jacob Juma – could be kicked out of her lavish home in Karen.

Apparently, more than five lawsuits have been filed at the High Court by people claiming ownership to the parcel of land where their family house sits.
The plantiffs include, Auriel Marie, Joy Kimemia, Mary Wanjiru Chege, William Silala Sano, Suakei ole Parkire, Latoo Enepriakanga Nchepai and Kenya United Sports Limited (KUSL).
KUSL, who have filed the latest suit, claim the late businessman fraudulently obtained ownership documents to the 5.5-acre piece of land.
They want the court to order the Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Ndegwa Muhoro, and Mr Tobiko to arrest and charge Auriel Marie whom they have acccused of forging a letter of allotment that portrays her as the legal owner of the land.
What is rather surprising is that the very same lady who is now being sued for forging documents had taken Jacob Juma and four others to court in 2008 for trying to disposses her of the same parcel.
Reports indicate that the disputed land has been the subject of investigations by the DCI’s Land Fraud Investigation Unit (LFIU) since 2014
If the court upholds that indeed Jacob Juma forged land documents, his wife and children could be forced to spend many nights in the cold.

The award winning model, blogger and entrepreneur has come a long way in establishing her name in the online and fashion design arena. After she clocked 100,000 followers mark on her social media, she held a series on African Designer showcase.
In one of her posts she describes what the choice of fashion means to her. She wrote, “In my view, we can’t ignore how wearing some clothes make us feel. For example, being in this little skater dress makes me feel young and innocent while being in the following yellow dress makes me feel sexy and confident and you can easily see that even from even the photos. That’s why when I am choosing what to wear I tend to consider how I want to feel and who I want to be that day.”

Janet Mbugua Does Something Special For Mothers Who Have Lost Their Babies

Janet_Mbugua90
Citizen TV mews anchor, Janet Mbugua has been on the forefront of championing women initiatives. It is for this reason that she hooked up with the founder of Still A Mum, an organisation that that supports women and families dealing with miscarriages, stillbirth and infant loss.

Still A Mum comes from a desire to celebrate women who have lost babies and affirm them that they are still mothers despite their loss. In the African culture, a woman’s worth is usually attached to her ability to be a mother, reads the website’s description of the issue. This means that any woman who cannot get children for one reason or another is regarded as less of a woman. She is judged and often socially segregated. In some societies, women who are unable to bear children are considered bewitched. In some cases, in-laws ultimately look for a child-bearing woman as a replacement for their son.

Read what Janet Mbugua wrote on her weekly mummy blog.
“When I reached out to Wanjiru Kihusa, founder of Still A Mum, a non-profit organisation established in 2015 to support women and families dealing with miscarriages, stillbirth and infant loss, I was taken in by the passion and purpose for the work she does. Along with Sharon who accompanied her on Monday Special and who shared her deeply moving story, they shed light on a somewhat muted subject; infant loss.
It is estimated that in Africa, a staggering 4.2 million miscarriages are reported every year. Studies also show that 1 in 100 women will experience recurrent miscarriages (three or more successive miscarriages).
There are numerous reasons given for this, from complications that arise during birth to neglect at the hands of specialists.Whatever the case, it’s an unimaginable loss suffered and many women struggle to live with it.
There’s concerns over how the news is broken to them, with Wanjiru telling me that nurses in certain hospitals in Kenya very matter-of-factly relay the news that one’s little angel is no more. On top of that, there’s no psycho-social support offered in these hospitals so a mother is left to deal with the loss the best way she knows how. This is unfair and shouldn’t be the case.
Can we all rise and stand with these women? Stand with their partners and their support groups to offer our encouragement and let them know they are still mums?
Janet hosted Wanjiru on my Twitter chat on September 8th, from 6 pm to talk about the issue.
